How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is processed.
Do you ship internationally and how long does it take?
Yes, we offer international shipping. The delivery duration may vary based on location. Our products are made only when you order to reduce overproduction and are handled by our fulfilment team who do their best to do it efficiently.
Shipping costs may vary depending on location, and this is calculated automatically at checkout for each order. Shipping costs are not in our control nor do we add any cost to it.
Please note that we are not in control of nor responsible for any import fees, VAT or other customs and duties that your local Customs or government may charge you upon delivery.
Can I return items?
While returns and exchanges are not accepted, please reach out to us immediately if the item is damaged or has a manufacturing error upon delivery, so that we can examine and evaluate the issue to resolve it as best as possible. Please let us know within 48 hours of package receipt.
Exchanges are not offered because our products are made when you order and are made based on your chose specifics (i.e. size, colour, etc.) provided when you place an order.
Are your designs original/exclusive?
Yes, they are. All my artwork and designs are done by me, the artist and founder of eKu ume Art.
